This place is huge for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom abode. 12 foot ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors remind you that you're in a piece of history, while the updated kitchen lets you enjoy modern comforts! There is lots of space here too! Enjoy front porch sitting at this amazing, historic home in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Mobile. This is a great spot for wedding guests and parties too! OF NOTE: There are 3 steps to get inside from the front and back, but once inside there aren't any steps at all. This unit is in a triplex building - NO inside spaces are shared. Walking distance to so many places and just a short drive (1-2 miles or less) to downtown Mobile) Walking distance to Hummingbird Cafe, Across the street from Washington Square Park, and a couple blocks to the famous Callaghan's Irish Pub!

Easy Access throughout the neighborhood - just use your GPS to get where you need to go. There is 1 spot available at all times for Unit 1 parking (though if the other units aren't booked, more could be available), but street parking is always an option.

Parking for 1 car is available on the property, but street parking is perfectly fine. We'd ask that you'd be respectful of our neighbors and try not to park in front of their houses - especially the Yellow House next door (they rely on street parking for their vehicles)
