Welcome to our amazingly comfortable and quaint 1-bedroom apartment, located in the most central Midtown area of Mobile and surrounded by all the local favorite restaurants, grocery stores, gyms and more – located in one of the best (and safest) areas in Mobile. Centrally located, this adorable bungalow is less than 3 miles from downtown. Engulf yourself in rich culture, history and the sights of Mobile. A slew of outdoor pursuits, world-class entertainment and beautiful sandy beaches are within a 30-minute drive away (fairhope and daphne). The space This cozy yet modern bungalow is complete with all essential amenities with a private entrance and separate spaces - perfect for couples or small families. Just a short drive to the University of South Alabama Medical Center, University of South Alabama Women's and Children's Hospital and Mobile Infirmary Hospital! The university of South Alabama isn’t far either - Just a great location overall! This home is on a property with a large shared parking area and another almost identical unit next door - NO inside spaces are shared. Grand B is located on a property with other rentals as well. There are no shared spaces, but you might run into others outside during your stay. Be sure to park ONLY in the designated parking areas. Pets are allowed, but we do ask that you'd reach out to us before bringing your furry friend.
