Super cute neighborhood located off of Dauphin Street in Midtown Mobile. Very centrally located with a precious coffee house about 2 blocks away
Guest Access
The unit is located in a duplex. Your side is designated by a yellow painted door (and a "2" next to the front door). There are no shared indoor spaces and separate parking for each unit as well. The backyard and driveway is the only shared space.
