The boat launch located on the property is completely accessible, though if the water is low (which it can be sometimes when it hasn't rained much), we would advise you to use the public launch located in the neighborhood - reach out for any other questions you might have in regards to this

There is ample parking in the driveway with the ability to fit 2 cars side by side down the driveway, a parking pad out front, and a residential 1 car garage. There is a neighborhood boat launch as well as one directly in the backyard (though the water can be quite low at times, so proceed with caution)
