Super cute neighborhood located off of Dauphin Street in Midtown Mobile. Very centrally located with a precious coffee house about 2 blocks away
Guest Access
This is a duplex and this unit is designated by orange painted doors (and a "1" next to the front door). There are no shared indoor spaces and separate parking for each unit as well. The backyard and driveway is the only shared space.

Neighborhood is cute and quaint and very safe. Great spot to walk and enjoy Mobile There is a dedicated parking pad directly in front of the house and street parking is perfectly legal for any other cars. Please just don't block the driveway
